Dave Sabey

Chairman

For over 50 years, Dave Sabey has tirelessly built a network of people whose fresh perspectives, inspired visions, and relentless senses of purpose propel the world forward.

Exchanging ideas with fellow visionaries, Dave grew and coached a world-class team that built platforms to support innovative industries of worldwide importance. Boeing, Starbucks, ADP, McCaw Cellular and Exodus Communications all broke new ground in first-of-their-kind critical facilities built by Sabey Corporation.

Dave’s passion for promoting ideas that positively change the world continues today through real estate investment, development and management in innovative sectors such as data centers, healthcare and life science research. Dave’s tenants are building technology platforms dedicated to solving some of the hardest problems facing our world, from healthcare to energy.

Dave’s vision for the future has led him to found organizations like the Seattle Science Foundation, which leverages technology to foster global collaboration between top medical professionals, enhancing and propagating the most sophisticated medical and surgical techniques. Optispan, a recent venture, leverages large data sets, AI processing, and personalized coaching to lead people away from the “disease care” convention toward the freedom of a proactive, optimized healthspan.

Even now, Dave continues to forge ahead, trailblazing a path for his team into an AI-dominated future. Sabey Corporation, Sabey Data Centers, and his other ventures are pioneering in AI adoption and lining up partnerships to ensure that AI is developed and harnessed in a way that brings light and happiness to humanity.

Rod J. Oskouian, M.D.

Board of Director

Dr. Oskouian is the Chief of Spine for the Providence Health System, ensuring system-wide integration of high-quality spine care. Dr. Oskouian is a nationally renowned expert in complex spine surgery, including trauma, tumors, and deformities.

His research and clinical focus is on scoliosis, spinal deformities and anomalies, osteoporosis, spinal cord injury, degenerative disc disease, spinal oncology, stereotactic spinal radiosurgery, and minimally invasive spinal surgery. He has published over 400 publications in numerous medical journals and textbooks, including Neuroscience, Neurosurgery, Neurosurgical Clinics of North America, the Journal of Neurosurgery, Neurosurgical Focus and Spine.

Dr. Oskouian is a leader in advancing robotic spine surgery.

Joe Sabey, M.D.

Joe Sabey is the Chief Commercial Officer at Sabey Corporation, where he specializes in mission-critical and technical spaces for medical and life sciences, education, data centers, government, and military sectors. With a keen focus on innovation and excellence, Joe leads commercial strategies that drive growth and success across Sabey's diverse portfolio.

Joe continued his career with Sabey Corporation in 2009 as the Vice President of Leasing, where he demonstrated exceptional proficiency in landlord and tenant representation. Over the years, he has built a reputation for his deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence. His leadership and expertise ensure that Sabey Corporation continues to deliver top-tier solutions to its clients.
